The Project Segfault Pubnix allows you to host websites and other things, and try out Linux system administration in a comfortable environment. Honestly, I don't really get the point of a Pubnix, but it was a blast to set it up with the Project Segfault team. Also I got to learn a bit more about how Caddy works, so that's always nice!
